The Festive Reveal — Terms & Conditions

The Festive Reveal promotion is run by Welle Essentials Limited (“Welle Essentials”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Promotion Period

The Festive Reveal runs across selected days in December 2025 (each a “Prize Day”). Prize Days will be announced via Welle Essentials’ social channels.

How to Enter

• Every order placed on a Prize Day via www.welleessentials.com is automatically eligible to win.

• No minimum spend is required unless stated otherwise.

• No sign-up, form, or separate entry is needed.

• Only orders placed within the applicable Prize Day (12:00am–11:59pm NZ time) will be eligible for that day’s prize.

Prizes & Scratch Cards

• On each Prize Day, winning orders will include a scratch card revealing the prize that has been won.

• Prizes may include Welle Essentials products, partner brand products, or other promotional rewards.

• Only one prize may be won per order.
  

Claiming a Prize

• Winners will be required to follow the instructions outlined on the scratch card.

• The winner must share their winning scratch card within 48 hours of their order being delivered on Instagram Stories and tag @welle_essentials to redeem.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Fulfilment

• Scratch cards will be packed into eligible orders during order fulfilment following the relevant Prize Day.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be packed the following business day.
  

Product Availability

• Christmas and limited-edition products are available while stocks last.

• Welle Essentials reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability.

General

• Welle Essentials reserves the right to verify entries and winners and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond our control arise.

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• Any personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Welle Essentials’ Privacy Policy.
