Ingredients
NZ Whey Protein Concentrate, Cocoa, Natural Flavouring, Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Sweetener (Thaumatin), Vegetable Gum (Xanthan Gum)
How to use
Mix 25 grams (one level scoop) into 200ml-250ml of water or milk of choice and mix well. Add the liquid first and then the powder. Add an extra 50-100ml of water/milk of choice until desired sweetness is achieved.
Can be added directly into your smoothie, by adding 25 grams (one level scoop) to your blender along with smoothie ingredients including, water or milk of choice - blend to combine.
Can be enjoyed at any time of the day for a protein hit.
